Doing this work with people just starting their self storage business is one of the most fulfilling things I have ever undertaken.
Of course, it’s fulfilling creating a self storage busines too. Creating great monthly income and the wealth formation that comes with owing self storage is part of what I love about being in this industry. But being part, if even just a small part, of someone new getting in this business is very exciting for me.
I especially love watching someone take new actions that are outside their comfort zone, not knowing the outcome but doing it anyway. I admire the courage you have. I’m inspired by who you are and what you are up to in your life.
I am very appreciative of the opportunity to support you on your self storage journey. I also know it will only last as long as what I write and create is helpful for you.

It is easy for me to not be present to them and be too caught up with my business. It sounds silly, but I know this about myself.
Use this holiday time to connect with the important people in your life and really get present with them.
It will make a real difference for your and support you in coming out strong next year.
