I have owned a self storage business in NJ since 2003 and am trying to purchase another. I am very frustrated at the asking prices, any suggestions?
Thanks
Yes! In fact, that is what inspired my website. Prices are very high right now, but the three step process we outline in the free videos on the website (CreatingWealthThroughSelfStorage.com) show how we and others have been competing in large markets against the REITS. Watch these videos, especially 1 & 2 and let me know if that helps. Thanks for watching the video ion CAP Rates.
Yes. Watch the free three video training on the 3 step process we use at http://www.CreatingWealthThroughSelfStirage.com. I had and have the same frustration. This allowed me to compete. I don’t get the all now, but the ones we do get worked. Also, if you can find one that has some expansion room, or ways to add extra value, you can perhaps pay more than you could if you were just buying the existing cash flow. But it is the three step process that has had the most impact on our ability to buy. And we have been buying in large markets where prices are very high.
perfect, thank you for the education
